Leather tooling and carving artist Mark Rowney will be demonstrating this fascinating and beautiful craft at Killhope Lead Mining Museum. Mark makes leather Journals, small sculptures and interior designs and will show you techniques and simple methods to produce wonderful Leather Art.

We are holding drop-in leather craft sessions in August, and all are welcome to come along and try this unique art form. Try your hand at tooling Leather and leave your mark on a ‘Killhope Wheel’ that will be displayed at Killhope. You will also be able to take away a small individual gift.
